WINE-PAIRING: ideally accompanied by fresh white wines or light beers.
IN THE KITCHEN: An excellent choice of cheese for hot weather, ideally in cold mediterranean dishes or added to pizzas at the last stage of cooking.
INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized buffalo milk, lactic starters, rennet, salt, acidulent: citric acid.
