We’ve created this unique, signature cheese with milk from pasture-raised sheep, striving to obtain animal aromas in the rind and combining them with an interior with cooked butter hints and a creamy, long-lasting texture, creating a satisfying explosion for the tastebuds.

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurised sheep’s milk, salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet and lactic ferments.

WINE-PAIRING: Pairs well with young red wines or slightly acidic, cask-fermented white wines.

IN THE KITCHEN: This powerful cheese would be ideal for making a tartiflette, or as an accompaniment to a good cereal or walnut bread.
