The Buffalo Tou with Truffle Is Born: this Christmas's gastronomic novelty

At Montbrú, we’re closing the year with a very special proposal: the new Buffalo Tou with black truffle from the Serra de Busa, a limited edition created to bring a unique cheese to winter tables, one with a personality deeply rooted in our territory.

This launch is the result of a collaboration that excites us especially: the one we’ve created with chef Jan Fargas from the restaurant Les Voltes de Moià, and with the team at Sota Terra, truffle specialists and local leaders in our region. Together, we experienced the thrill of truffle hunting in the Serra de Busa, learning from Pere and Teix, and selecting only the finest specimens to give life to a cheese that aims to capture the full essence of winter in Moianès.

The Buffalo Tou with truffle is an exceptionally creamy and delicate cheese, filled with thin slices of fresh black truffle from the Serra de Busa, one of the most highly regarded truffle areas in Catalonia due to its outstanding quality.

This is a seasonal product presented in limited edition, as it depends directly on the fresh truffle harvest and on artisanal production times.
