Livestock farmers and herds, goat and buffalo milk, water, salt, containers, hands, lots of hands, a cool, dark place, patience, time and hard work. With carefully designed artisanal methods and surrounded by the unrivalled landscape of the Moianès region, we produce buffalo, goat and sheep cheese, as well as our line of organic cheeses: all of which make up the Montbrú range.
