INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, rennet, stabilizer: calcium chloride.
WINE-PAIRING: Perfect with soft and fruity wine.
IN THE KITCHEN: A perfect cheese for salads when cut in cubes, with pepper, oil and salt as an appetizer, as a dessert with honey or jam or as a snack anytime. A great ally for low fat diets and sporty people.
