INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized buffalo milk, salt, lactic starters, rennet, black truffle, stabilizer: calcium chloride.
WINE-PAIRING: Goes as perfectly with a dry white wine as a light beer or a glass of Cava.
IN THE KITCHEN: It can be used for bread crumbing and frying as well as being lightly cooked in the oven in its packaging and eaten with a white wine, much like a fondue.
